All items are made to order especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

Production times vary between 7-21 days depending on the items you ordered.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and offer a wider selection.

Orders are shipped Standard Economy Ground. U.S. Orders time in transit will vary depending on your geographic location and generally takes 3-7 days in transport. If you have a "RUSH" need for your order, we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee we can ship any faster. If you require a rush, be sure to indicate that in the notes area when placing your order or email us.

You must provide a verifiable and deliverable address for shipping. We are not responsible for mis-entered,  incorrect, or undeliverable addresses. If your item is lost in transit we will file a claim with the shipping company and send a new order to you after a reasonable amount of time has passed to ensure items are not arriving late. Shipping times provided are estimates. Neanie & Creeper Co. has no control over delays, shipping times, or the shipping companies.

If your order is marked as "DELIVERED" by the shipping company and you did not receive your package you will need to file a claim with the shipping company or your local law enforcement agency. Neanie & Creeper Co. is not responsible for orders that may have been lost or stolen once they have arrived at your address and been marked "DELIVERED". Under these circumstances no refund or replacement will be given, so be sure you use a safe delivery location for your order. 

Refunds or replacements will be given only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to coordinate a replacement item.

Returned items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags in order to receive an exchange or refund. Items not in new condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 

You are responsible for the shipping charges for the returned item and the replacement sent.

Please take care when ordering, an order cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Order cancellations will incur a 15% re-stock and cancellation fee.
